Pets
Pets are allowed, of non-exotic species, with a maximum weight of 20kg. that have all the documentation in order and that are not of breeds classified as dangerous. Accepted in the apartment, outside they must be carried tied by the roads and corridors. They cannot access the common areas such as bar, terrace, swimming pool, children's gardens, restaurant, ... Maximum 1 pet per apartment and an additional charge of 9.00 euros per pet per day.
The Prices include
Water, electricity, gas, bed linen and all kitchen and dining utensils. Towels (optionally available for rent) and kitchen towels are not included, as well as bathroom, cleaning and kitchen products/consumables.
The prices also include the use of the private and shaded parking lot , the swimming pool, the volleyball, the facilities for cleaning and storing diving equipment, the gardens, the barbecue...

TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT
- Check In Time: from 14:30hrs; Check Out Time: Before 11:00hrs. If you expect your check-in time to be later than 19:00hrs (local time of the establishment), please contact the establishment directly to communicate this circumstance.
- Access to the apartments of people not staying in the establishment is not allowed. The establishment reserves the right of admission in the event of non-compliance with this rule.
- Smoke-free establishment: Smoking is NOT allowed inside the establishment, on the terrace of the bar or in the pool area (tobacco, electronic cigarettes, shisha, ...). The establishment reserves the right of admission in the event of non-compliance with this rule.
- For departures between 19:00 and 9:30hrs, please check out before 19:00hrs at reception time or during the previous day.
- Hotel Restaurant Timetable : Breakfast: entrance from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, closing of the room 10:30 am; Lunch: entrance from 13: 00hrs to 14: 00hrs, closing of the room15: 00hrs and Dinner: entrance from 20: 00hrs to 21: 00hrs, closing of the room 22: 00hrs.
- Free outdoor parking, the establishment is not responsible for personal belongings deposited inside your vehicle or for any damage it may suffer.
- The establishment is not responsible for valuables that have not been deposited in the apartment safe.
- Payment in cash: only in euros, maximum amount €1,000 and with banknotes of maximum €100.
- The client authorizes APARMASIA S.L. to charge on his credit card the expenses caused by damage or lack of objects in the Apartment
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS
- The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 25 days before the arrival date, it will be 15 days before the arrival date if it is before July 10 or after September 20.
- The client will have to pay 15% of the total price if he cancels between 25 and 15 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total price if he cancels between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date and 50% if he cancels between 3 days and the day of arrival or does not show up. In all these cases the cancellation fee will be applied for a maximum of 7 days.
- Once the check-in has been processed, during the accommodation period the client can cancel his stay and leave earlier than planned but a charge of 60% of the daily accommodation amount will be applied for each missing day until the reserved departure date with a maximum of 7 days; additionally, if the total days of stay are less than 7 days, a cleaning supplement of €19.80 will also be applied in the one-room apartment and €24.20 in the two-room apartment.
- The cancellation date will be the one in which the establishment has notice, by face-to-face, telephone / WhatsApp on the number +34 972 75 00 74 or in the email info@aparmasia.com, of the intention to cancel totally or partially the reserved stay.
- The cancellation policy for reservations made through intermediaries will be the one that is informed in the intermediary
Taxes

To benefit from the exemptions, documentary evidence of the concurrence of the circumstances established for their application must be provided, in accordance with that stipulated in the regulations.
